Affirmation: None of these things move me!
"Nothing on earth can resist an absolutely nonresistant person. " - Florence Scovel Shinn

I love this wonderful explanation of how to practice non-resistance from Peter Baksa who has been featured in multiple national radio shows and speaks professionally in workshops and seminars across the country:
"To practice non-resistance, you need to acknowledge that plenty is available: plenty of perfect relationships, plenty of money, plenty of healthy living, plenty of love and friendships and plenty of success that awaits you. Just as a seed needs adequate soil, sunlight and water for growth, your life-manifestations need ample thoughts soaked in the tonic of non-resistance and thankfulness for what you have. When you are thankful, you are allowing the flow into your life and operating from a mindset of gratefulness. Soon thereafter, you find your seed of life growing into a full bloom. Remember: All the peace of mind and all the enriching contents that your heart seeks are just around the corner. All it takes is focus and right action upon the nudges. Be gracious, be open, be humble, then intend, declare and detach. You will manifest your desires." - Peter Baska
My favourite line is "Be gracious, be open, be humble, then intend, declare and detach. You will manifest your desires.
You were born to be joyful!
